Catch Shelly weekends, Saturday and Sunday from noon-6:00pm and Monday to Friday Midnite to 5:30am.Shelly was born and raised in Hamilton. She has been at the station since 1998 after returning from 'Hollywood' where she was pursuing her film/television career. Shelly started her broadcasting career driving the classic car and community reporting. She has taken on music programming and operating roles and spent 4 years of her time here, covering afternoon traffic. She also hosted live BlueJay games at the Rogers Centre for 2 years.Shelly and Anthony Von are proud parents to a baby girl, she is their pride and joy!!!

Preparing supper yesterday, I had the sweetest background entertainment.

As I chopped and stirred, cooked and cleaned up, I heard the voice of my 2 year old, playing with her toys, acting out going to the " store and to work ", singing with them and, well, just being a 'kid'.

Never has our household had such sweeter sounds, then, since she has arrived. From her very 1st crys, to her coos, to her " mamamama " and " dadadada " and we will never forget the 1st sounds of her laughter, how blessed are we, she has filled our home and our lives with so many things and there is so much more to come.
